yes he got hurt again, but his injuries are happening when he is trying to make yards....He had some nice runs where he was tripped up, I could see he was just a breath away from busting a run....He'll be back, he's a tough dude with some crazy offbeat luck....He's right there IMO to have some impact plays. I like how Michel showed up with no one insight but him to do it....played a nice setby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
JR closed it.....That hit taking out Wentz won the game.....If Wentz never left that game he very well could have found a way to do damage....Taking him out and Eason coming in took them out of any chance.....JR's INT put a period to the game.... Sean and his love of that jet sweep with Kupp almost doomed us. Why do that play then and why use the guy that the other team KNOWS this is guy who hby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
great plans, we almost always fly to places, doing it your way is much more relaxing. You won't have a person putting the seat back into your lap, you won't have the dinging of the fasten seat belt every couple minutes. You will have the ability to stop and get an actual feel of the places you pass instead of seeing them through the clouds. Maybe you can see Martin Milner in that '62 Vette alonby roman18 - Bucky's Pub
we'd go down to West Palm Beach every winter (Holiday) and I would be in the back of the T-Bird with my little sister.....my mom would be getting car sick having to look backwards into the rear seats with my sister screaming/yelling "STOP...STOP IT"....Dad would pull over and threaten to put me in the trunk, or leave me at a gas station..... The thing is I was really an angel and itby roman18 - Bucky's Pub
Like they stopped the run last week with him inside.....against a very poor beat up line. I think changing things up can add tense play on the other side. Again you seemed to miss my point, it's not all game he's moves out....start him there and move him around....I think you negate AD if you leave him up against Nelson all game....SJD is the run stuffer, he's the tree, he's the space taker.....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
football or not.....living to 84 would do me fine...I am not picky at all....not that I'm choosing, but I feel I would have had a full time....Weird to talk about though...think I'll leave it there...LOL......by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
not all game of course, but why put him up against another power right off or all game. If they have a replace at LT why not take FULL advantage and put AD on that tackle, insert Robinson to take up Nelson. I don't want AD negated, or at least as little as possible. Nelson can't move from G...AD can be moved across that line. Morris talks about delegating against an opponent....good spot IMO witby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I can say I have his Topps card 1968 shown in a lions jersey as he came via trade over that previous season........84, I guess that's a pretty good life time.....he sure played with a bevy of top class characters.....Had to be something to be involved with for sure....Not to mention his time with the lions..in those times they had a pretty good defense themselves.....Time marches on doesn't it, aby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Construction is on going, pointed out an apartment complex and what looks like a hotel section, he pointed out the NFL Headquarters and ESPN Flagship center to us..it is completed. Did not give a time on the on going construction....I would guess within the next year or so....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
last time we were downtown, and went to Santa Monica and adjoining Venice and that area was lets say a bit downtrodden in places (especially Venice) don't know if that's still going on or not.....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
in the areas of Manhattan to Hermosa....a couple on the beach 1 day out of the 5 and only the 1 time....Not saying they are not there but no tents, none of that tell tale odors, or trash anywhere we walked...and we walked like 4-6 miles a day along both the Strand and the shoreline....Never got around to Redondo (heard good about it) and some we met said that the Palo Verdes gives great views, buby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
When he says it's all about the win and how the O gets them an early leg up. How he goes on to say that allows them to dictate to the other team and I strongly disagree. They dictated squat defensively.....they allowed an offensive line in a shambles to run for over 130 yards.....they would allow 3rd down conversions at a high rate. The passing yards they allowed may have been small in nature,by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
maybe the coolest part of the stadium was the cleanliness....sounds crazy but when you think about the concrete and the seats etc.....they were pristine.....the concrete had no sticky spots, no stains...the seats had no mars, scratches.....I must say we left our seats the same, but the bear people next door left it like a kids dorm room complete with poured out sodas, beers, and crumpled bags....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I have tried before to put some up and they don't download...(not tech savy to save my life).....We thought about going around the tailgate areas, but really since this is a 3000 mile trip we wanted to take in as much of the stadium as possible, not like you lucky cats who live there and have had several chances of "pre" exploring so to speak of the grounds. So we kinda thought sittingby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Just got back from the opener....here is our experience. Warning it's a bit wordy... Let us start out about the game itself and the atmosphere......We left our hotel around 10:30.....that was kinda mistake as we thought the area would be open..it was not. So we went across the street to look around The Forum......the home of Wilt. and West, and Goodrich, and Hairston(didn't know he was from Wby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I hereby pronounce myself and Mary as your proxy's....We will be yelling, be chanting, be one with all of you across the country. Don't have great seats, but we will be present and accounted for.....You may not see through our eyes, but our voices will be yours.... I was the only person in my house who had interest in any pro sports, my Dad hated it said it was all fixed....At any rate that's why when we lived in the Chicago area growing up never went to a game there. Moving forward....to 1994 Mary and I had a trip going to Clearwater/Tampa and I looked and saw by chance the RAMS playing there at that very time. There was some big talk surrounding thatby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Basically picks us to lose to every good team, split in the division.......We better do better then that, if we can't beat the Bucs etc. of this world, we don't have any strength to go anywhere in the playoffs. Not saying beating everyone, but they better beat some of those teams like the titans, ravens, bucs......for us to be a true contender you can't just feed on the bottom dwellers and splitby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
can come into question, I am looking for him to play well, that is what I mean by putting tape together.....he can do the job, he has the body to do it and the talent...he just needs a break.....I admit I am not looking at his money, and that's why I am concentrating only on the ability he has and believe in him coming through...I feel I have to because they need that position to be a force.... Hby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I can't be down on a guy because of injury history, or illnesses....IMO he'll become a real good addition. His issue is to get on the field and put some tape together....His health issue was not of his own doing, I am a bit perplexed with this knee thing....if it was in there after last season or happened during camp time it should have been addressed way before they did the work, if he tweaked iby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
It was a great game played by 2 teams I can't stand. That tomahawk chop AKA ATL Braves chant is super annoying....I don't like ND, never did, but the funny thing is several of their alum are some of my favorite RAMS of all time......Todd Lyght, Jack Snow, Bettis......by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
That defense was an odd one.......I know they gave up some plays to Boutte all nite, but pretty much handled the run game. The odd thing was all that movement, jumping in, jumping out, at times it looked like they had 20 players on the field. I've seen teams do pre snap movement before, but UCLA was doing it it to the extreme. That RB was a beast too, Charbonnet....he stays injury free he's goiby roman18 - Bucky's Pub
simply because there is no way of knowing who we could have picked instead in terms of how that player would have played for us. IMO if a guy like 1 of those centers plays well someplace else, or flops doesn't show that he would have done the same here. Same for any other position we could have chosen. IMO a player picked is just as much dealt his deal with the coaching and players around hiby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
put the guy into situations where he can work a bit with some space....once he gets used to the blockers he can push more with the inside tackle stuff etc......but I'd like to see him start with a little pass game to get his feet wet so to speak.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Just 1 KO per game...I like that positive vibe.....no need for a KR because there will be but 1 KO per game.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I said IF they want him or feel they need him...I said they, not me, I never said I wanted him at all. I simply was responding to the question of who do you get rid of, and I came up with Perkins. I don't think they will get anyone else for that room. Unless of course another injury hits they will not get anyone. I don't see the need for it myself, never did. After getting Sony I feel they areby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
let go of Perkins......a 3rd String QB is not going to do for a team like a Freeman would...not saying they should do it, but IMO if you are doing it you need to look at the why of doing it.....If you want Freeman you want him on the field I would assume...Perkins isn't in that same place of use.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
This Matthew Stafford may have the same ability as the one with the lions, but now his ability is matched up with the talent around with the RAMS....The bears may know his tendencies, but they have to also match up defensively with the skill players of the RAMS..... Same goes for the other side of the ball, the bears have to deal with the RAMS defense if they are going to win they have to scorby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
if they are put to the regular squad, so the future is still there for a return.....as anyone could still raid our chosen ones....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think he would still have a nice spot in our LB room, great on field leader (which the staff loves to have), and they sure know what a play maker he has been in the past against us. I know we would be getting a bit older roster wise, but IMO it would be a good age increase.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
