He said they don't see the same thing, interpert that as you will. He also said that he could talk about this forever but he had to sum it up.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree not trying to post this to bash Goff. Just first time I've heard a NFL insider say that McVay doesn't like How Goff processes. There is a strain in the relationship and you could hear it from Goff when he said he expected to start the game. If we don't start Goff then McVay is looking to move on to me. If I were McVay I would start Goff and if he is struggling you could always pull him.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam I know on the one hand that DK Metcalf is a beast; big and fast. Every team who didn't draft him knew that. But on the other hand, he seems to make his big splash plays mostly on Russ Wilson's out of system heroics. DK Metcalf is not a good route runner and I doubt he ever becomes what he could be until 1) he can run disciplined routes and 2) harnesses his emotions. Just saw Silver say on NFL Network that McVay doesn't think Jared Goff processes quick enough. He said that Goff and McVay are basically on different pages of the same book. This will be very telling this week if Goff is not the starter with the relationship of the two moving forward.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteroman18 and it has zip to do with QB, D or even O performance. It's about the refs. Are they going to be calling PI every other play when Ramsey is going up on Adams? (Or for that matter anyone in our backend) Are they going to have those hankey's in their hand to throw at a moments thought? Will they let these teams play the game, or will the try and micro manage it and ruin the rhythm ofby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 It's not easy. It IS cold. Just saying it's not the '67 Ice Bowl or the '81 Chargers-Bengals game. They should be able to operate in 26 degrees. Yeah but it does make injuries less tolerable like broken fingers and bruised ribs etc. Most players have played in bad weather so nothing new but definitely an advantage to the team that plays in it all the time.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote73Ram Exactly....that build and body density.... Yeah Patrick ricard is 6'3" 311 former Dl. Donald would be a beast in there at fb.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote73Ram Did you watch t he Ravens game? That fullback they had in there looked like DT. The man could block, Yeah imagine donald in there at fb.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 In Chicago and then Denver Staley faced Rodgers 4 times (Rodgers missed one GB vs. CHI). Green Bay won 3 of 4 games, averaging 25.8 PPG in them. Rodgers' numbers: 80/127 (63%), 974 yards, 8 TD, 1 INT, QB Rating 104.3, sacked 9 times He knows him or he has been torched by him? Yeah not a huge boost of confidence there but get your point that he had some familiarity.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote73Ram I am in favor of jumbo sets....but I would rather not use Notebloom. I dont see much power with him nor is there much nasty. Yeah not sure who is better blocker between evans and boom but we need to change things up on offense. We don't need to run these sets the entire game but McVay hasn't brought out anything new since like 2018. I want some two back sets with either brown at FB oby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote73Ram Or back to Davis Edwards? I didn't look at it, but did we run "better" with Evans or Edwards? I would love the adaptation of our Offense to a run heavy approach, who is blocking better in the run game? Bring in a package where we have them both or bring in noteboom as extra tackle to replace everett, higbee, or mundt.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteMamaRAMa Quotenicecatchellard QuoteMamaRAMa Quotedodgerram One other thing: During McVays first couple seasons our WR regularly got the ball on the move and on the run. That made it so much easier to get big gains or even take it to the house. Was a big part of this offense. When is the last thing we saw one of our WR hit in stride and take it downfield ? Why can we not do this anymoreby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotewaterfield Not only was it the best pass I've seen against the Rams it was the best pass I've ever seen in the history of football after covering pee wee football up to all the Super Bowls. That pass has already been filmed and placed in a safe to show to children in years to come about the greatest pass ever. It's the first pass to ever have been given such protection. It may have been oneby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
It looks like Donald had some type of muscle injury as I cant see Russel wilson hurting donald by falling on him. It looks like Donald twisted and strained, pulled, some muscle, ligament, near ribs or abdominables. So basically I'm just guessing here.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotewaterfield while running full speed to his left was one of the best passes I've ever seen. And I've seen a lot. I hope your kidding that wasn't even his best pass against the Rams. That pass to lockett in the back of the endzone to beat weddle was insane placement also on the move.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemax The guy just had 3 screws put in his throwing hand. Most guys would be out at least a month. Warner was out 6 weeks back in 2000 when he broke his finger. Steve Fing Deberg. That's who would play with pins in his fingers and bandaged all up also. Look him up,I give Goff props for today for even dressing, yes he struggled mightily but given the circumstances he saved our bacoby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSteve I knew McVay would do somehting about that run game, just didnt know if it would work! Well, So Wolford did start (a guy on another board called that out via his 'secret source'). DO we win with Wolford in there?? I wonder.... 8.2 ypa is great...especially against a now good defense.....Goff came through like I thought he might :) Rams can beat Saints--still think Bears willby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I would say there is no way in hell donald doesn't play next week because if he didn't play that would mean he is mortal.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM if a frog had wings he wouldn't bump his ass a hopping argument. :laughing James your killing my buzz right now you know that right. You think we activate a 4th tight end or 6th wr, or tremayne after we activate big whit, or we activate Brian allen? Kiser was the most logical trade for Bortles being inactive. Just admit that McVay is soothsayer lol.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Kiser was a new active for this week. And since we had kupp, goff, and brockers back, we would have to replace bortles with someone and Kiser would have been the most likely player to be made inactive. Since he was a backup lb and mostly played on special teams today.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills couldn't we deactivate someone else? I mean I don't have the list of actives but maybe it could have been someone other than Kiser No they were the new actives Goff, evans, and kiser. He activated the three right guys they all played a part in the win. He can see the future lol.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills had Goff gotten hurt.. Hecker would have been the QB thats crazy given Goff is coming off a broken thumb and all it takes is another good bang to perhaps injury it again I know that but just think If we activated bortles we would have deactivated kiser who had the huge fumble recovery. We didn't need bortles today luckily but we did need Kiser.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm thinking some blackout uni.i will reserve judgement until I see it but wouldn't surprise me now that the raiders have left.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Kiser was activated I wonder if Bortles was active Kiser most likely would be inactive. Mcvay is a genius Kiser makes the huge recovery. Never doubt the boy genius lol.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I wouldn't advise it but he was the emergency qb. And we were a play away from having it. I don't know what is going on with Hekker but he looks almost human now.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams_78 nm I'm not positive but I thought he was blocking on that play and had some contact. Correct me if I'm wrong.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
It was gutsy but he had hekker and akers in his back pocket.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
No Fng way he is back? He was taking to the hospital in ambulance I'm think some type of broken vertebrae.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Bortles is terrible but he has some mobility??? Goff is gutting it out but he looks really bad and that thumb isn't helping him.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
