At least the Rams have learned not promote a proven failure as TE coach. Makes more sense to me that a QB coach could be elevated to OC than any other of the offensive coaches. A QB coach has to teach his QB what to be aware of at all levels of every player on the offense as well as be keenly aware of the opposing defensive schemes and players.
