All options "must" be on the table! Well, i know you think AD is a 'punk' :) And maybe he is, but i still think he can be a wrecking-ball, IF he has a dangerous DE on the edge. Ya know. Quotebigjimram21 Works the same in every sport. It's weird it was never seen or even reported for years but has always been a disadvantage for high tax state teams. Take the NBA , They have just signed a new CBA that handcuffs any teams getting free agents at all , let alone state taxes. This CBA and the prior one were to level the playing field for small market teams. So states with higheby Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
Found this article kinda funny considering the disaster that the Rams were on offense this year. Seems like the zone blocking thing just ain't working..... at least not with this team. A lateral movement scheme that had this offense going lateral all year...brilliant. What ever happened to just lining up and pounding the guy in front of you?by Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
This came up in a thread below and just wanted to shed some more light on this terrible disadvantage the Rams now have being in California when it comes to the salary cap. Basically teams in Florida have about $20 million more to spend on players then teams in California due to state income taxes. That's ridiculous!!! That is a franchise QB money that the Rams and other California teams are deby Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotebigjimram21 Just seems like "herd" mentality of sports talking heads, when one starts saying something about a player, a team just about everyone jumps on the narrative bandwagon. Not saying they are right or wrong but it happens with just about every story. Exactly.... One report says something like that and these copy and paste writers run with it. Quotehammer This team needs players everywhere. If Donald can garner a first and second round pick, then do it. Cut or restructure Brockers and cut Austin; use all the cap space those three will take plus the picks from Donald and start rebuilding. A rebuilding team can't afford superstar contracts. Fassel is the only one worth keeping IMO, but even then I would be tempted to just cleanse the entire locker room of the stench of Fisher and let him go. The team needs a complete make over and it starts with the coaches. Greg Williams has not been impressive since the Miami collapse.... Can't wait to see some new blood get this team turned around!!!
