QuoteNewMexicoRam All I know is he was the Rams QB in their only Super Bowl win. He also seems to know his stuff when evaluating other QB's.)))) Agreed. At the end of the day, Warner had his greatest success with the Rams and will be identified by others for what he accomplished with us. QuoteJimYoungblood53 Rams design "element" is the Ram horn a "fat" line IMO what made the old blue and whites work was the horn, the fat shoulder stripe the fat numbers, Gabes "18" you know? the fat stripe on pants the solid blue socks so, I like your design, but this is a nitpick but the fat pants stripe fits the horn and the shoulder, Maybe a yellow trby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin QuoteAlbaNY_Ram So, the Cards ran for 216 yards on 40 carries in week 4. What personnel changes have the Rams made on defense since then? Quoteheadslapper Stafford was horrible. It was a very frustrating game and from my memory as long as the line holds up better and Stafford plays even close to what his normal is we should win. I agree set up the run game will help the oline, but the main reason they won last game seems to be pressure on Stafford and Stafford mistakes and mis throws)))) Besides for our turnovers, the Raby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude I am surprised (well..not really lol) nobody has asked about letting him play this weeks against the Jags so Stafford can sit and heal up some more. QuoteRampage2K- Hey Troy Yes, it looks like the sky is falling, but if you really look at is happening it has come down to turnovers....the most important, but often most overlooked aspect in winning and losing. All I know is it seemed like we had a better D- line before the trade deadline. Lewis and OBO were coming on and making plays. Since the Miller trade, crickets........ QuoteRamgator Nothing wrong with a 10-13 play drive to start a game.)))) I like this idea and dare I say it, a Fisher ball strategy might be the way to go this week. GB is allowing over 4 yards on avg. to the running game. If we can control the clock and run our offense patiently and through the running game, it could give our defense D line an opportunity to make key plays against thatby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotetroublefree If we cannot defeat Green Bay, a team playing with their second-string offensive line, then yes, we expected too much from the Rams this year.)))) Well, if our supposed team strength (defensive line) can not win against the the GB OL with three or more backups, it could be a wrap sooner than we all want. Our identity moving forward has to be our D-line right? With the lossby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 I must disagree about Garoppolo, Killrazor. Jimmy G benefited from a perfect gameplan against a predictable Morris D. Rams played into 49ers hands all night. Jimmy G’s stats were fantastic because he simply had to make easy high percentage throws into a D I’ll,equipped to stop him. As far as Long goes, I believe that his strong point in college was his ability to play man coverage. It seems like he never really got that opportunity, especially under Morris this year. There are so many head scratching decisions being made with players and personnel it's maddening. Why use Long in zone? Why us Rapp in zone when it never has been a strong point of his? Quoteferragamo79 Listened to analysis from 3 different SF talk radio stations and all felt Rams mistakes and poor execution led to win not NIners playing outstanding they were blown away too that Ramsey was often not blanketing Samuel)))) They should feel that way. QuoteJimYoungblood53 in terms of throwing with authority normally he is not that good. Sometimes an average hitter goes 3/4 with 2 homers and a double when usually he's 1/4 and a single)))) Well, Jimmy G stepped up bigtime and played above his head against us. With Arizona and Murray, I thought his scrambling was the main reason the Cards beat us. Two exceptional performances IMOby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRam_Ruler He was a corner/saftey hybrid in college so I do see the value in having a guy in the middle of the secondary who can make impact plays and not just be on an island. I also think that Ramsey gets 'bored' sometimes and playing him at the star keeps him engaged and in the action (think about how boring being a lockdown corner must be.
