According to Ourlads ... Seattle is missing: Tyler Lockett, starting WR Brandon Shell, starting RT Alex Collins, starting RB Travis Homer, #4 RB Kerry Hyder, starting DE Bryan Mone, backup NT DJ Reed, starting CB and KRby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm pretty sure it's 1pm PST. The one article I found on activating players from the covid list only says "1pm on Tuesday", but the article is from Seattle so PST makes the most sense.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
According to this article the Rams still have 18 players on the covid list. (And keep in mind that the Rams have to 1pm to activate guys from the covid list for tonight's game.) But 4 of those guys are practice squad players (Tyler Hall, Justin Lawler, Christian Rozeboom, and Jonah Williams). And another 2 are on IR (Sebastian Joseph-Day and Johnny Mundt). Which leaves these 12 guys tby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
According to this article players who are activated before 1pm can play tonight. The article doesn't specify whether that's 1pm PST or 1pm EST ... but since it's from Seattle I suspect it's 1pm PST. As it stands, however, it’s not like Los Angeles is in the clear. Their linebackers are decimated, with starting strong side, right, and second-string left all still on the list. When you're counting cards you want to jump on a table when the count is high (referred to as either back counting or 'Wonging' (after Stanford Wong)) and leave the table when the count goes south.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
NFL teams have to tell why players miss game in order to comply with league requirements for reporting injuries & illnesses. But the NFL has no such rules for coaches. I think we all know its covid, but the Rams are probably just respecting the privacy of the coaches. (They might have even asked the team to do that ...)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
What a cheapskate move. According to this article "Each soft drink sold costs the restaurant less than a quarter." And while this article is about fast food restaurants I suspect it's pretty much the same at Metlife Stadium.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

This is from an analysis of their failed 2 point attempt against the Steelers, but it seems to me that the same analysis would apply to today's game. From this article: When accounting for the strength of both teams in 2-point conversion tries and similar situations, the Ravens had a 48 percent chance of converting if they went for 2, while Justin Tucker had a 95 percent chance of making anby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Looks like we're gonna see Funk and Howard on Tuesday. Good news on both counts! This McVay answering a question on the matter (from the interview Shaky posted: ) (On how soon RB Jake Funk will be available to play given his return to practice status today) “On Tuesday. First tie-breaker within a division is head-to-head, which is tied 1-1. The second tie-breaker is division record. Right now the Cards are 4-1 and the Rams are 2-2 ... so even if the Rams beat the Hawks they'll still be behind the Cards at 3-2. The Rams have to beat the 49ers while the Cards lose to the Seahawks in week 17 so both teams finish 4-2 in the division if the Rams are to win anyby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think 'designated for return' means he can practice with the team and the Rams have 21 days to reactivate him. So he might not play Tuesday, but can be activated sometime in the next 3 weeks. If the Rams don't activate him he goes back on IR.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

Did the Cards peak too soon? Are the Rams peaking at the right time?!? I may not know a lot about football, but I know you want to play your best in December, January, and February ... not September, October, and November.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

A doctor with an opinion, no matter how firmly or how genuinely held, doesn't negate peer reviewed studies of the matter. While cloth masks don't stop viruses that piece of information is irrelevant when talking about wearing masks to help stop the spread of the covid virus. Why? Because people don't expel the covid virus when they talk, sing, cough, etc. People expel droplets that contain the virus. And cloth masks are very effective at trapping those droplets.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
When someone breaths or coughs or sings or whatever that person doesn't expel the virus, they expel droplets that contain the virus. And while a cloth mask wouldn't stop an individual virus it is certainly effective at trapping those droplets. Without the mask those droplets are expelled into the air and some of those droplets become aerosolized, hanging in the air for significant periods of tby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

"I agree, It is very possible the tests being administered are not accurate. IF the Rams had 29 people on their team test positive and truly had the virus then it would be IMPOSSIBLE for any team they played in the last few weeks to also not have an outbreak." Until the recent change to the covid protocol vax'd players didn't have to wear a mask and were tested once a week. Based on how close the the Cards game the Rams' players tested positive it seems like those tests were done Friday and Saturday for that Monday game.
