The Cards

First tie-breaker within a division is head-to-head, which is tied 1-1.

The second tie-breaker is division record. Right now the Cards are 4-1 and the Rams are 2-2 ... so even if the Rams beat the Hawks they'll still be behind the Cards at 3-2.

The Rams have to beat the 49ers while the Cards lose to the Seahawks in week 17 so both teams finish 4-2 in the division if the Rams are to win any tie-breakers.

Of course, the easiest path is just to finish with a better record. (The Cards play vs. Colts, at Dallas, and vs. Seahawks)
