There are other options for sure. For example, a team could get extra cap space and/or comp picks for minority hirings for HC or GM. They already give teams a couple third round picks for developing minority candidates so as far as I'm concerned precedent has been set.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
My guess is that is wasn't a split second decision. My guess is Gaines (and probably others on the defense) knew when they walked onto the field for that last defense stand that if the got a turnover they should just fall to the ground. The big surprise to me isn't that Gaines knew that. It's that Howard didn't.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

The cap is going up from $182.5M to $208M, an increase of $25.5M. And all the dead money for Goff ($24.7M) and Gurley ($8.4M) come off the books after this year. Another $33.1M. So, yeah, the Rams' cap position improves by $58.6M from 2021 to 2022. But those 6 salaries I mentioned add over $73M to the cap, an net loss of around $14.4M in cap space from '21 to '22. And not surprisinglby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Donald's salary this year is $1.9M. Next year it's essentially $14.25 ($5M roster bonus plus $9.25M salary). Ramsey makes $1.5M this year, $15M next year. Woods makes $2.5M this year, $13.5M next year ($3.5M bonus + $10M salary). Floyd makes $2M this year, $16.5M next year. Kupp makes $1.5M this year, $14.5M next year. Whitworth: $4M to $13M. Those 6 players alone will make $73.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
SoFi is equipped with 4 locker rooms: the Rams, the Chargers, and 2 visitors locker rooms, one on each side of the field. BTW that pass went around 52 yards in the air and was pretty much delivered on target. Stafford does miss on some deep throws and looks bad doing it, but I think it has more to do with timing and/or messed up communication between Stafford and his receiver.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

The Rams did wear their throwback uniforms in SB53 but I think the NFL considered the Rams situation to be unique. The 'situation' being the Rams desire not to wear the 'St. Louis Rams' uniforms in LA. They were allowed to wear their throwbacks 5 times in the 2018 regular season (instead of three times, which is normally the limit) and then in SB53. But I'd bet good money that the NFL wouldby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
As the 'home team' for the Super Bowl the Bengals get to pick their uniform first and will undoubtedly pick one of their usual home jerseys - either black or orange. The Rams designated their blue and bone jerseys as their 'standard' jerseys and the modern throwback (white) jerseys as their alternates. Which means they can't wear their modern throwbacks in the Super Bowl. From this site:by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

The Bengals get to pick their uniform first and the Rams get to call the coin flip. As far as I know that's all that the Rams being the visiting team means. Check out the screen shot below and you can see that the NFC is on the Rams' side of the field and the AFC is on the Chargers' side of the field (which is the visitors side for a Rams home game). 31 of 45 for 337 yards, 68.9% percentage, two touchdowns and an interception. That's a passer rating of 96.3. (And if Skowonek makes that catch: 107.2) This on top of completing 76.5% against the Cards with a 154.4 passer rating. And 73.7% completion percentage against Tampa Bay with a 121.2 passer rating. The report I saw was from Vivid Seats and it did say 65% 49er fans. But I don't know how they can report on anything other than the tickets they actually sell. All 70,000 tickets were sold to ticket holders. How many of them are 49er fans? (Yeah, I don't know either. But I also don't think Vivid Seats does, either ...) Of those 70,000 tickets a number of them made it to the resale markby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
This is the game I wanted to see the minute that week 18 game ended. I have had a bitter taste in my mouth ever since and nothing short of a Rams victory will wash it away. Preferably a thrashing. History says it ain't gonna happen ... unless the Rams get a big lead. And I don't think any lead can be considered a 'big lead' against the 49ers. Not counting the Cards game where the team actually had a comfortable lead, Donald has missed 4 snaps in the last 5 games and Gaines has had 5 snaps off in the last 3 games. Against the Bucs in the Division round the defense played 72 snaps. Dby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

Keep in mind that all the tickets to the game we're sold to season ticket holders and these sites can only report on the ones that were put up for resale. Also keep in mind that most season tickets holders just put their tickets on TicketMaster since it's so freaking easy to do that. Ticket brokers will of course put their tickets on every platform they can find, but realistically how many tiby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
According to the Broncos have over $41M in cap space and only 6 teams have more than that. The Rodgers/Adams offseason could be interesting but if they don't end up in Denver it won't be because of the cap. And GB has a lot to sweat about in addition to what you mention. Yeah, Siena was kind of a big deal for a while and I followed them closely but never made it to one of their viewing parties. I know exactly what you're talking about when you describe your friendship with Den. I had a similar experience, sitting next to the only other guy wearing a Rams jersey at the Recovery Room in 2013 to watch a game, and striking up a friendship that continues today.
