The Bengals get to pick their uniform first and the Rams get to call the coin flip.
As far as I know that's all that the Rams being the visiting team means.
Check out the screen shot below and you can see that the NFC is on the Rams' side of the field and the AFC is on the Chargers' side of the field (which is the visitors side for a Rams home game).
SoFi is equipped with 4 locker rooms: the Rams, the Chargers, and 2 visitors locker rooms, one on each side of the field. (i.e., the Rams side has both the Rams locker room and a visitors locker room, same with the Chargers side: their locker room and a visitors locker room.)
When the Rams are home they obviously use their own locker room and the other team uses the visitors locker room on the opposite side of the field.
And when the Chargers are home they use their locker room and their opponent uses the visitors locker room opposite from them.
If the Rams weren't in The Big Game the participants would use both visitors locker rooms. But since the Rams will be there they get to use their own locker room and sit on the same bench they always do.
