It's been resilient. That was about as bad of a half of football as they've played, not counting the tank game last week. Yet only down 3. I think they've got this.by 9er8er - Game Time Forum
They've started clunky before and overcome it. Can't count them out but they look about as bad as they've looked at any point this year at this point.by 9er8er - Game Time Forum
He's pretty much a one trick pony. Hopefully they'll be able to utilize that trick today at some point.by 9er8er - Game Time Forum
Definitely do not look fresh and sharp on offense...or special teams.by 9er8er - Game Time Forum
He needs to be getting away. It's fundamental. But I don't know that means he needs to go. He made a mistake.by 9er8er - Game Time Forum
There is a little too much of that in him as a play caller I'm afraid.by 9er8er - Game Time Forum
Stuff gags me. I assume you're in the UK area somewhere? Where?by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
He also knows sacks are often on the QB, not the O-line. He just doesn't know it now because it doesn't pay to know it now.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
No LT was more valuable to his team or line than Whitworth. People who understand what's happening recognized that. Fans who vote for their favorites for the Pro Bowl don't. All those Pro Bowl players you can see led in the "fan" vote. Russell Wilson led the NFL in TD passes, but he didn't deserve first team All Pro any more than Wentz did. Aaron Rodgers was second in the NFL inby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
No, the voters in this case just happened to get it right, so I say so.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Can't argue with any of their selections. Also goes to validate the snubbing of Whitworth for the Pro Bowl. Glad to see him get the recognition he earned and deserved here!by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
What makes people thing a guy who the NFL market valued as the 62nd pick in the draft when he was going to be cheap and under contract for 4 year suddenly has a market value WAY more than that after sitting on the bench for almost all those 4 years and is going to be a free agent and more expensive to keep? How does that work? How did his trade value allegedly sore without playing yet aging anby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
It's just somebody trying to create the latest (fill in the blank)-gate with the most successful team in the history of the NFL. This time it's Guerrero-gate. It's not a ball boy and deflated football theory that defied the laws of physics and it's not a golfer and video tape conspiracy that defied common sense. No, this time it's Tom Brady's personal trainer that's taking the ship down!by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
He wasn't traded for nothing. He was traded for a high 2nd round pick. At the time of the deal, it looked like almost a late 1st round pick. But as it turns out, he was drafted with the 62nd pick, end of round 2 He was traded for a high second round pick, looking like pick 37 or so? Anybody want to explain how a guy increased his value by roughly 25 spots in the draft by sitting on his bby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm honestly not sure how to respond to that because I don't think it can actually be serious. But.....Belichick has done what he's always done and Brady is going to finish in the top 2 for MVP at age 40 and the Patriots are 13-3 and top seed in the AFC......again. If you read the actual article this morning, it reads like something from the National Inquirer. It's a hoot.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Another year, another "bombshell" report about alleged scandal and demise of the Patriots........as they win another AFC title and probably Super Bowl. Ho hum. There is no way in hell Belichick wanted to replace Brady. And according to this the ESPN report will not say Brady tried to force a trade of Jimmy G. Move along, nothing to see here except probably more Jimmy G insanity inby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
The media today is an absolute dumpster fire of incompetence.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Which is what he's worth. If he's expecting to get paid like the elite player he's not, he should find some other sucker to pay him. I'd rather see the Rams franchise tag him and pay him about $15M for yet another prove it season than pay him big money long term. Do NOT Tavon Austin this one Rams. If he wants to be here and will take roughly what Robert Woods got, great. Otherwise, let hby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
The sample size is so small and with an obviously selective starting point that it needs to be evaluated by the 11 actual cases. Who were the other 9 QB's, what where the games, how did the QB perform? Teams don't loose playoff games because a QB is making his first playoff start. They lose either because a QB making his first playoff start didn't play well or he played well but others didn'by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
I think you've lost a year, Speed. Come back to us! LOL I also disagree, though I agree the Rams "should" beat the Falcons relatively easily. But I can see the Titans upsetting KC and I think it's going to be hard for the Saints to beat a good division foe for the 3rd time this season. I think they probably will, but I doubt it will be easy.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
They are in good cap shape. But if they sign Cousins to a long term deal, he won't cost $25M against the cap next year. First, it's doubtful he'll get as big of a deal as Stafford or Carr recently did, but even if he did, their cap hits were in the $15-$16M range for the first year.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
But could be back in the thick of things quickly if they find the right coach and QB. Of course, that's obviously easier said than done.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
The only time Cutler was "seriously" injured against the Chargers was when he was with the Bears and he broke his thumb trying to make a tackle after throwing an INT. So you might say Rivers celebrated him breaking his thumb rather than celebrated the turnover his team just got if you really wanted to push a false but possible narrative. Except, of course, nobody actually knew Cutleby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Nothing was missed. An "on field exchange" is neither descriptive nor is it something every player that's played for any length of time in the league has had. That it "may have been with Jay Cutler" doesn't help your argument at all either given Jay Cutler's well worn reputation. I know the incident you're talking about. It wasn't just Rivers either, it was a few Chargeby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Well if you think you remember on "on field exchange" with somebody one time, obviously they must be the same person. Carry on.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
I was a critic of the Everett pick when they made it. So, I'm no defender of it, but I also knew then and now he was a project that would likely take some time if he did work out. I'm not a fan, never have been, of using early round picks on super raw "talents." But if you're going to do it, you have to give it more than a year to play out. I just find it interesting that a plaby 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Rivers is a super intense competitor on the field but is never inappropriate, unless you find complaining about calls inappropriate. Even on the field the worst you're probably going to hear come out of his mouth is "shucks" and "dagammit." And off the field, Rivers is a humble and modest guy, pillar of the community. Terrible comparison.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
Or maybe he just needs time. No more of a mistake than Watkins. I think your advise applies more to not doubling down on that mistake than not being patient with Everett.by 9er8er - RamsFootballFans.com
