Rivers is a super intense competitor on the field but is never inappropriate, unless you find complaining about calls inappropriate. Even on the field the worst you're probably going to hear come out of his mouth is "shucks" and "dagammit." And off the field, Rivers is a humble and modest guy, pillar of the community.
