Rams waive Kareem Orr, officially lock in Travin Howard for 2022 Cameron DaSilva With roster limits being 90 players during the offseason, the Rams have plenty of room in their building. But they don’t plan to have Kareem Orr around in 2022. On Saturday, the Rams announced that they have waived Orr from the 90-man roster. He played two games last season, making four tackles but strby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram QuoteRams43 Anchrum at right guard allows the Rams to keep Shelton as the backup for the center. The Rams should get their 5 best OL on the field. If Shelton is one of them then they should start him. If Allen does get hurt they can move Shelton to center and insert Anchrum in at RG at that point. I will be quite happy if Anchrum (6'2", 314 lbs) wins the RG job. Butby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Tremayne Anchrum could solve LA Rams OL concerns by Bret Stuter When the LA Rams drafted Tremayne Anchrum with the 250th selection of the 2020 NFL Draft, not many NFL Draft analysts or fans were very excited. The 6-foot-2 315-pound cerebral assassin offensive tackle from Clemson University was projected to move inside to offensive guard at the NFL level. Other than significantly more money being offered elsewhere, I can’t think of a single reason why OBJ wouldn’t prefer the Rams for an extension. Rams literally have the advantage in every other category.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteThirtymac, The Intrepid Ram He - as has been the case with others - will benefit from the Donald effect; he could have a career year. Any player that the Rams might sign will benefit from the AD Effect. I guarantee it. So maybe a solid 2nd tier type might offer best bang for the buck?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteThirtymac, The Intrepid Ram He - as has been the case with others - will benefit from the Donald effect; he could have a career year. I’m not a big Clowney fan, tbh. I think he’s overrated and overpaid. But I will support whatever decision Snead/McVay might make because they’ve certainly earned it. I’m hopeful that a solid (and less expensive) but lesser known vet is on their radar. Oneby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Like I said, no desire to mow this lawn once again. To deny that there was a SIGNIFICANT change in the D and it’s philosophy around midseason leaves little room for meaningful debate. We’re living on different planets on that particular topic. Carry on.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSoCalRAMatic So, much has been discussed regarding Snead's dealing away number ones and collecting comp picks, but, maybe this is part of the new strategy. Last year, after about two thirds of the season were spent we signed OBJ and traded for Von. We didn't have to pay their whole salaries. Von we got for two high picks, but Denver kept paying him so we got him cheaply. OBJ was releasedby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I have no desire to mow this lawn once again. But to not notice the difference between the early and late Rams D is hard to understand. I’ll just leave it at that.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Here’s PARAM… Don't agree. The draft starts two weeks from yesterday. So it's two week from today that the Rams will be on the clock. Unless there is a tsunami of action (and has there ever been in the 2 weeks leading up to the draft?), there should be a number of "big ticket" free agents available after the draft. As of today, here are some big ticket free agents who are still avby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Here’s Allen2McVay… In my opinion, Jordan Rodrigue is more clued-in to the Rams' Strategy than anyone else out there. Nice post, AlbaNY, and I concur. I might add that it didn’t hurt to add Von Miller as a starter. Once he healed this D really took an overall jump. Don’t think that was a coincidence.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I wasn’t that crazy about signing him anyway. Rams made a tough decision by holding the line salary-wise. I applaud them for that. Just can’t sign everybody, not even the Rams can do that. Perhaps Rams have a solid type but less expensive vet in mind?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Field Yates @FieldYates TE Noah Fant becomes the first player the Seahawks have ever picked up their 5th year option on. The team previously declined it on 4 other first rounders, while Seattle did not use a 1st round pick in 2013-2015 and 2017. DE L.J. Through conversations with Rams personnel over the last few weeks, I believe that while the defense will look a bit different this season (just as it did from 2020-21), we’ll definitely see schematic tweaks and different evolutions or removal of certain concepts. This could manifest in more 4-2-5 (obviously with outside linebackers, not defensive ends up front), but they still want to find a wayby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteGroundPounder If this comes to fruition I am beginning to think that we are becoming a team of "mercenaries"; a place where aging stars who wish to hopefully fulfill their quest for a championship. Couldn’t disagree with DaSilva more. Rams should keep drafting RB’s every year. Probably for the foreseeable future, frankly. RB’s are ‘one-contract’ players AND they get hurt a lot. Geez, what team was DaSilva watching and covering last year, anyway?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
