If this comes to fruition I am beginning to think that we are becoming a team of "mercenaries"; a place where aging stars who wish to hopefully fulfill their quest for a championship. Good stuff when it's achieved as with Von and OBJ, but when that window starts to close, and it will eventually, who will be left and will the "home grown" talent be sufficient to be competitive?
A very high percentage of our players, even starters, are ‘home grown’. So yeah, I think this strategy is sustainable as long as Snead/McVay remain together.
