I agree with everything you stated. I know he isn't beloved on this board for whatever reason but I do think Rasheem Morris is a big loss and one to keep an eye on. While a lot of folks don't agree at his Def philosophy he is a very good coach and communicator. A. So I see a lot of posters and experts doing mocks having Rams trading back accumulating more picks ....I get that in the sense that Snead/McVay era has shown that they have done so in the past and seem to have a good track record of finding that "diamond" in the rough in the in later rds... so all makes sense.. Yeah that makes sense Albany I also wonder how many seats that would even translate to on any given Sunday. Just seems like there should be some way you could assure those tickets ended up in fellow ram fans hands Some kind of community outreach programs? I was just reading about a new promotion The Rams are rolling out "Ticket turnover program" If I understood correctly this would allow season ticket holders to sell back up to 3 gms of 2024 season for fans unable to attend games .... the credit or money back would funnel directly into your 2025 season ticket cost. The more we think we know ... truly we don't know. I don't see that drafting "edge" at 19 is a certainty at all. I think it's a need and I'd be happy with that and the guys being mentioned. Their is still things that can shake out change our minds before the draft. I didn't mean to imply cap hits were the same.... in all honesty I'm out of my depth when it comes to that I was just comparing a potential 51 mil to 49 mil I saw posted below for Hunter The Rams signings for that cash also are at 3 years Funny thing ... I only ask because the money matches up pretty close to each other . Every year people get worked up with the "we don't even have enough money to sign the draft class" I'll say this as far as i know never in the history of the league has a team not got that done. So I don't ever waste time worrying about it . Management knows what it's doing ... if it's dumping or restructuring a player the draft class is always figured out. Hey I don't want to spend money on a resign either ...but "he's a bum"seems unreasonable purely as a Ram Fan Guy was great for us just a couple years back,,checked ego at door and produced. Sometimes seeing these old clips hit different. I remember seeing this gm vividly .... visiting my Grandparents in Torrance Ca ... This may have been discussed but I missed it and am looking for clarification. So on the play Ref throws flag for what I assume would have been defensive PI (would have been terrible call imo) Aiuyk makes the miraculous catch ... refs huddle pick up flag. We do have all the angles all the replay, and technology is so superior to the "Old days" viewing from our couch today is a total different experience!! So I'm going to preface this with McVay is by far my favorite coach wouldn't trade him for anyone..Im thrilled he's our coach and I hope he's with us for years to come ... that said I don't think he's beyond reproach or question and at times I do think he makes bad decisions in the heat of the moment. Fair enough ... I think like most fans I probably overvalue our guys ... but just seems to me we get embarrassingly low return on trades I get the salary dump trades but the Woods trade stands out as puzzling to me. Just seems like we could be better poker players ...but it's whatever at this point. Just seems like McVay paints us into these corners. Of course we aren't going to get anything for the guy ... if we de-activate him gm day and put a thinly veiled word out that he's a locker room problem for us. Teams know if we don't take the bare bare minimum we're going to cut him. Just seems like you could do a little better sell job.... I agree 2K .... and I will go on record and say I don't love the pick ...but ya know what I don't hate it. Guy has done nothing but work his A$$ off beat out the higher recruited guys and win Nattys for the best team in nation ...
