Hat's off - the Rams D played great. Getting boned out of a defensive score, well, what's left to say. It would be nice to not have to deal with catastrophically bad refereeing *every* game, but apparently that's not in the cards. Our season is toast without Drew, and Teddy does not look like the answer as his replacement, but I guess we will find out. I think my fall Sundays just opened uby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
I can't get into a lot of replies for mental health reasons if nothing else :) but let me address a few things yall have brought up: 1) Rams vs Refs I promise you that while Saints fans very much want to beat the Rams, they are 1000x more pissed off at the refs/NFL than they are the Rams. What you also need to understand is that it wasn't *just* the No Call, it was the way the league basiby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
And never will be. That's about all I have to say about that. I took a very long break from all things NFL. Enjoyed a great lunch with the family on Super Bowl Sunday and then watched women's curling and ski jumping championships on some random NBC sports channel during the game. Ignored Free Agency, ignored the draft, ignored preseason, ignored talk radio, ignored football websites...I stby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
I was in the Dome so I can't speak to any other calls besides the one I witnessed at the end of the game. I haven't watched the TV broadcast and never will. I'm sure there were other missed calls. I just can't unsee that one. It was insane. Hard to explain but I knew as soon as it happened that we were toast. It's just another in a very, very long line of dodgy things about the NFL. Enjoy the Super Bowl. Rams played tough. I think I am finally done with the NFL. I just can't take any more of this BS. Cheersby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
Our entire OL (except Unger) was on the injury report and this past game was the first time they all started since like Week 11. Its the playoffs so everyone tightened up but its not the same line that was handling people earlier in the year. LT Armstead is playing with a torn pec. He made it through the game yesterday which was important but he's not 100%, LG Andrus Peat broke his hand iby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
Losing Rankins is tough - he's been playing very well this year. I had been disappointed in him until this year but he stepped it up. Now we did shut down the Eagles after he departed so we have some reason for hope. We have decent depth at DT but I'm concerned because the Rams are much better running between the tackles than the Eagles.by saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
The Falcons got busted for piping in noise, but they have like 20 fans and needed the help. The Superdome is just loud. They do crank the music up when the opposing team is in the huddle but once the huddle breaks it's nothing but Whodats screaming bloody murder. My voice is shot today. Its gonna be LOUD on Sundayby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
Congratulations to all of us for making the NFCCG. Honestly I would have rather faced Dallas but it is fitting that the best 2 teams from the regular season will square off in the conference final. I watched some but not all of the Dallas-Rams game. I was blown away by the Rams O-line. Holy cow. Now I've read there may have been some tells from the Dallas D that helped things but still, tby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com

..hopefully in the Dome. :) I was in that number yesterday and it was a heckuva game - an absolute heavyweight fight. I sit with my dad, who at age 75 has seen enough Saints football to know that no lead is safe - ever. So as frustrating as it was to see the Rams comeback, I wasn't surprised. Too many weapons on your team for them to stay down for an entire game. Anyway, here are my pby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
I was very surprised by this. We lost the opener to FitzMagic. They played great, we played terribly. The Bucs are not good but that is a high volume offense when its on. We beat the Browns in a squeaker. I didn't feel good about it but we won, and I have to say the Browns have talent, they just have abysmal coaching and horrible luck. We then beat the Falcons in Atlanta in OT. Divisby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
Hello all, Its Saints-Rams week so here I am. I havent seen a ton of the Rams this year but what I've seen has been pretty scary on offense. I was surprised the Pack moved the ball as well as they did but Rodgers is good (almost as good as Drew!) so I guess I shouldnt be that surprised. Here's where the Saints are: 1) Offense - we are as balanced as we've ever been in the Brees/Paytoby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
That was a frustrating game to watch for the Saints. I knew our d was going to struggle without our starting corners but I thought our offense would play better. 3 of 13 on 3rd down, tons of penalties...it was ugly, outside of Kamara and Cam Jordan (who might own the title of Best Player Ever On a Terrible Defense, for whatever that's worth. No idea why Payton went away from Kamara until the vby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com

OK, so here are my 2 cents on the game. I havent really seen much of the Rams this year so I'm going to focus on the Saints. On offense, the running game has been outstanding. The addition of Kamara, ditching the Adrian Peterson experiment, and really excellent O-line play has turned our pass-first/pass second/maybe run third offense into a much more balanced attack. Drew is still Drew (11 fby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
Remember that one? Good times. ;) NFC West forever... Hello Herd, its been awhile, both since I've been here and since a Rams-Saints game meant something more than draft positioning or super longshot playoff calculations. Glad to see some familiar names on the board even through all the years and the move back to LA (I'm leaving that alone). I will be back again before and after the gameby saints_alive - RamsFootballFans.com
