That to me isn't benign. It means a distaste or hostility toward someone. We tend to be quite loose and carefree with words on message boards-I get that. Nevertheless, to say you don't like someone (i.e. dislike) w/o ever having met a person or know that person's habits or values, etc seems juvenile. If one "dislikes" the play and or performance of someone that's an entirely differenby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
for travel is that you never get a chance to talk to your wife-which depending on your circumstances may be a good or bad thing. Seriously, I see less and less communicating these days. You go out to dinner with your wife and how many couples do you see only communicating with their i phones. Or on a plane playing video games or movies. I actually enjoy listening to my wife but too often she'sby waterfield - Bucky's Pub

His gravestone is in the Navy section at the Punch Bowl in Hawaii. I was 5 when his plane crashed into the ocean off Oahu. Hopefully I'll bury my mother's ashes at or near the site of the crash.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
I don't know. When I look back on my grammar school days I have a lot of warm memories. But I suppose that's because we tend to forget the lowlights and focus on the highlights.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
To be frank I don't think they did anything less or more that any other NFL team. We are not talking about a sport that breeds divine qualities. They win and win continuously because of a great owner, coach, qb and personnel director. They make good decisions on acquiring and getting rid of personnel. And they stay constant. Not much change in their overall plan.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
I was elementary school champion at Dodgeball in the 6th grade. Don't know how its played today or if it is played but there would be a large group in a circle with one ball and they would try and hit me in the middle. The rule was no hitting above the waist. I had this great move where when the ball was thrown (rubber ball the size of a basketball) I would instantly turn my back and raise my rigby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
I read somewhere where they did a survey and discovered that when people come up to your dog 90% will say "how old is he". Or is "he" friendly? Sometimes when I'm walking "her" -and likely after a few drinks-I like to answer those questions w/ "its she and she will eat your little pooch".by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Maybe not titled the SB but it was the same event. The two teams playing one last game to determine the best in the NFL. Only then it was called the NFL Championship. Same thing though-sans all the entertainment package.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
"... Many think it is their right, due to the ticket, to interact with the movie." I read in an art magazine that there is a playhouse somewhere in Hollywood where you can actually interact with the performers-much like what Kroenke wants to do with people in the expensive seats in Inglewood. Here is how it goes: during the play a member in the audience may yell out "what are yoby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
I believe the Chargers would be favored. Over the last several years they have been a whole lot more competitive than the Rams. Hopefully that may change as soon as possible. I'd actually like to see two great teams from this area.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
You guys are -well-how do I say this-still back in the good ole days-how's that for being polite. Every theater around our home offers seating with people bringing you drinks. Nothing better than sitting with a martini and watching the latest and greatest. Our closest in downtown San Juan Capistrano has a "Casablanca" bar where you can drink all you want and then take your drinks to yoby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Bronson was a weenie and I know nothing about Bean other than a few reports that he used to kick the crap out of a lot of soccer players in high school. (this from a neighbor of mine who grew up near by.) But that isn't my point which is that you can't simply tell who you want in the fox hole with you by their looks.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
One of the problems with most of us fans is that poisonous snake called envy. We just can't accept the fact that someone making so much more money than we are that they could want more. That was the engine that was behind many posters when Bradford couldn't perform up to their own expectations-for many reasons. We don't understand market driven economics. We think its still just a game played byby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Taught you what? Not sure I understand? Another example of how "images" can fool us on this topic. I was at Dodger stadium last Friday night when the almost brawl began between the Marlins and Dodgers. Driving home I was listening on the radio of the discussion involving the incident. One of the commentators -an x Yankee-was saying that one person you don't want to mess with is (notby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Precisely my point. It's what Hollywood teaches us. Real life goes like this: If you polled Herd members who would you want to walk down a dark alley with, you might never get an answer that some Rams themselves have said: Mark Bulger. But he doesn't fit our Hollywood image as a "tough guy". But he was one guy you would want with you in a street fight.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub

It's no longer just a football game now-its really about entertaining people who spend big bucks. If it were just about football the popularity wouldn't be the same. The Rams new stadium will be interactive (i.e the fan suggesting a play, etc.)fantasy football, etc. It's all about getting more and more people involved especially those who can take the game or leave it.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Back in the 50s I met a few of the Rams but I was a kid and have never met any since. So how can I say I "like" them or "dislike" them personally. If the question is who has been the most disappointing-well that's a different matter entirely.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
I see lots of young women wearing jammies in the stores these days. I think its fashionable. But on a football field? I can't see how that is going to help this team.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
No worries. There's always someone to help with the back zipper. Unless your the last one in the water. Over the years my experience has been that the harder your wet suit is to put on the warmer it is. At my age I like comfort so I go with a thin shorty with minimal weights. Of course I don't stay in very long but that just means more time on the boat to drink wine.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Not sure this counts but I was hiding under the couch with my dog when Mike Jones made "the tackle". Shortly before that I had run head on into our bedroom door during the Warner to Bruce TD.(almost knocked myself out) I have yet to recover from that game.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah-while I haven't for some reason seen the movie (not sure I want to-scary) it makes sense that the more divers on board the odds increase of an erroneous count.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Being more in free diving than SCUBA you are always by yourself and normally out of sight from any boat. Good or bad if your spearfishing you normally don't want to be around anyone else. Generally you will be dropped off in the current and you will say I'm going with the current and pick me up in about an hour down current.
