Seems like with the run on CB and TE what is dropping talent wise in part is O Line. I am starting to think we might pick a lineman at 37 now. Still a lot of picks to go though, we could see three O Linemen taken before we pick at 37by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com

I think at least a part of it could be he wanted to leave the losing culture and play somewhere fun, then the new regime comes in and everyone (including Tru) is saying how it feels different, its positive, its hopeful. I could see if there is a new sense of hope he might want to get paid high for a year and see how it goes. He might actually be having second thoughts about the Rams.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
All the talk about trading TruJo has totally died down, but that doesn't mean there aren't still discussions. With free agency winding down, if indeed we freed up all the money, what we would do with it now?by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
there are always other possibilities in play. Maybe they are asking a friend to take a pay cut, maybe he is just pumping up Tru heading into negotiations. Who knows, maybe he is trying to spread his wisdom through his own proverb hahaby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
I cannot believe the play calling in the 4th quarter. You are on the 22, Run the ball, set up the field goal, win the game. NO, I am super Kyle, I call pass, pass, and lose the game, horrible Then, last drive of regulation, take it out of the endzone? then throw a first down to the middle of the field, ok but then spike the ball, instead throw a completion for 3 yards?by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
I remember as the 90s decade was coming to a close, Our Rams were battling with the Bengals for the title of losingest franchise for the 90s. I would regularly go to sports bars to try and watch a Ram game only to find out week after week the one game left out was the one with the Rams in it. We were literally the bottom of the barrel, and then 1999 happened! Lets hope history repeats itself.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
oops, keeps them FROM going to the bad place. In other words the mental funk where they clutch up or start to force things.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
I think both of the challenges were more of the coach fighting with the team and communicating to them that they got robbed. It keeps them believing and fighting and keeps them going to the bad place. (at least in theory). Of course the fortuitous result after the first challenge was an extra down, and that was a weird bonus.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Keenum played scared and nervous the first game of the season. It was his first NFL opener start, it was MNF, Goff had been drafted, etc. He was scared to mess up against the Niners. He was totally clutched up and in his head. What I love about this recent win was he was not thinking about messing up he was only thinking about winning the game. That is big difference. Sports are very mentaby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah just think about having a guy who can run routes and catch. It is nice seeing Quick contribute but he had two balls that he absolutely should have caught (not easy but NFL catchable). Having a hands guy like Spruce should change some things. With that said, Gurley made a really nice catch and seems to have real nice hands, I wish we would throw a lot more to him. Like 7-8 times a game.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
I would have never guessed it, and even after watching the games I can barely believe it, but 3-1 is simply WOW. I think this team reflects Keenum right now. Not good enough to be competitive in the NFL but somehow winning. I cannot wait to get Spruce and Cooper back, it was so nice having Gaines back. It was refreshing being reminded of how much better he is at being aware and making playsby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
I understand your logic, it's the same logic that dictates when you take a three point shot vs two point. But then the analytics proved that logic is wrong over time. It's possible analytics are changing this logic as well. It's not situational anymore it's statistical. With that said, if it is sound analytics I suspect we will see a lot more 2pt tries that don't fit traditional logic this year.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
When the Warriors jack up threes it is because over the course of the game the more points per shot overcomes the lower shooting percentage. This changed the game. There will be attempts to do the same with the 2point conversion in football. I'm not sure why everyone is so upset. You cannot test the theory if you don't score touchdowns so this might be a regular thing when we have a lead. Wby headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
Everyone would have traded Luck for RG3 starlight up after the first pre-season and first season even. Lets wait it out fellas.by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
It wasn't against the best, but great hands, great explosion. I see why cutting Coples was easy. I hope this kid makes it, he passed the eye test for sure!by headslapper - RamsFootballFans.com
So we moved again, but the link still needs to be fixed. I love having the link, it has been bookmarked for years and through the last few changes I keep using the same bookmark, but it still brings me to the old page, not a big deal, just something that would be great to get working! Thanks so much.by headslapper - Help and Support Forum
