Quote3030 Shula is the biggest unknown at this point. He has all the theory but hasn't been battle tested. He has a lot of youth to work with, not sure if that's good or bad. Much may come down to veteran leadership on that side of the ball, and with AD, Fuller & JJ all gone, I'm not sure who steps up. Jones likely, one of the new DB's possibly. Quotekw13 Seems like we have the money and could have added him to the mix? Unless he wants to start? I don't think we would bench D-Rob. But if I had to guess, we didn't even reach out?? I wish OBJ well in Miami and thank him for the memories. But I seriously doubt that he was any longer in Rams plans.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Kamren Kinchens has the perfect response to being drafted by the Rams Bret Stuter you had suggested that the LA Rams would do a complete makeover of their secondary after the 2023 NFL season, that would have been met with a lot of resistance and pushback from fans and Rams blogging sites. And yet, with the addition of Miami Hurricanes DB Kamren Kinchens in Round 3 of the 2024 NFL Drby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRamsDynasty I would like to entertain the idea of another vet CB, to protect against an in season injury and you can never have too many quality corners, so I would love for the Rams to sign Stefon Gilmore or if he is too expensive bring back Ahkello Whiterspoon. We definitely could use to upgrade to off ball linebacker position behind Ernest Jones we have no one really. I also wouldnby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
1. The trust in Jourdan by the Rams and her talent are breathtaking. Both leave me in awe. 2. The Rams seem to be way ahead of the curve in their draft evaluation methodology. The league will catch up because so many former Ram coaches and execs are now sprinkled throughout the league, but for now Rams do seem to have an edge, especially on the mid to late round picks. Again, I am in awe.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I just posted an article that points out how Blackburn never got decent support for his ST needs last year. But I think Rams realize this and have demonstrated a willingness to emphasize ST support for this year. That’s huge.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRamsdude It seems like we all agree and like the talent we have and have added since last season. So, having said that, Is Shula, in his first year as an NFL DC, the biggest question mark on our D this year? Will he be able to come up with competitive game plans week after week? Will he be able to "adjust" in game and at the half when we need him too? Will he be able to puby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Some of the ways Rams are improved over a 10-7 playoff roster, imo: McVay is coming around on the running game. Much better backup QB than early on last year when we really needed one. Corum upgrades an already potent RB room. OL has taken a BIG step forward. I actually like this TE room better than last years version, even without Higbee early on. I’ll say this. Once Fiske bonds with these coaches and his new teammates there won’t be anywhere else he’d rather be. I’m 100% sure of that.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotealyoshamucci I had him in my 3-4 round range ... but also just behind Maason Smith and Dewayne Carter. During the draft I was so focused on Brendan Rice sliding that both the Brennan Jackson pick and Tyler Davis totally snuck up on me. Just an epic draft. For DTs my main delineation between 3-4 rounders and later picks is "can they play the whole game if they have to?"by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Gonna be interesting to see how Shula and his assistants choose to mix and match their secondary this season. Can’t remember when we’ve seen so much flexibility back there. If Shula and his guys play this right, I think a lot of QB’s are gonna be confused by what they see and then make mistakes.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
