Our 15 yr old springer (Pepper) began having gran mall seizures 4 nights ago. Rushed to emergency vet at 4:30 am who injected her with phenobarbital the drug of choice to settle down her brain. The problem with an aging dog like Pepper is that her hind legs were already compromised by a slow growing spinal disease and the drug just further makes her legs so weak that she cannot control her bowels

What a surprise he has been just in the last few weeks. His stuff is magic if he can find the plate. Fans can blame the kicker. "Recency" but the truth is -imo-there are a lot of players involved before Karty's foot hits the ball. It all starts with the O line as with most plays besides just xpts and Fgs. Until the Rams go all in on the O line we will continue to have issues. That's Demoff and it may be above him who want the skills players to bring in attendance and tv revenues.

The Niners are a very well run organization. You can never take for granted a win against them even when they do not have their starters. Their coach is no slouch either. They showed all this in getting to 14-0 tonight right off the bat.

The photo of your grandson (I presume) and Guido on the couch is priceless. Don't ever lose it. My favorite of Pepper is a black and white taken from the back that shows Pepper looking outside during a snow storm at me digging our car out in Tahoe. My granddaughter is there looking at me also with her arms around Pepper-almost like saying "he's OK Pepper he is going to be all right. "

My Pepper is most certainly NOT a cuddler. But she is lovely and very attached to us. Our last Springer Casey was very cuddly and your photo reminded me of him. Unfortunately, his biggest joy was fighting other dogs and biting people including me. But Springers are so easy to forgive and love. No. It means the school's attorney has advised them to make no admissions to the public but any discipline should be done "internally". Because of the severity of the injury there is likely going to be a lawsuit.
