I agree...Similar to Cousins on Sunday...a veteran QB trying to hear play call with the clock ticking and no timeouts...should have just clocked it and not been worried about what the OC or HC wanted at that point.

Anything is possible...but I think as he's getting hammered from the blindside play after play at a certain point he'd stop changing and go with what McVay called... But I don't think that's the case...

Matthew Stafford is not the problem here…Except…he needs to tell McVay…sometimes… “No, we ain’t running that.” Stafford is a high end QB...he's seen a lot of things...and, no doubt, he respects his HC... but when he's on that field...and Zachary Thomas is at LT...with no help...he Stafford needs to change the play... #RamView #RamCave #KlostermanHOF

I think it’s a complete misread to say the offensive line started to struggle when Joe Noteboom went out…Tremayne Anchrum graded well…but the 49ers lone sack came on a blitz by Fred Warner…with their front line the 49ers don’t have to blitz…but they had to do something…and there was a communication lapse on that play McVay said. You hit the mark right there...I believe Van Jefferson is more than a competent receiver...I just don't see anything special about him...And that play at the end of the first half of the Super Bowl...It was that play that got Alan Robinson a contract...It's why Demarcus Robinson is on this roster... Again, I like Jefferson...but I would be stunned if he got a second contract....

I remember....They were 5-2-1 at one point...and very much in the hunt late because they had two wins over the 49ers...in fact the 49ers didn't beat the Rams until 1975 at the Coliseum when Steve Mick-Mayer hit a 54-yard field goal...I remember listening to that game at the park while playing football after church...We could hear Enberg's voice over everything... #RamCave #RamView #Klosterma
