Fumble rule should be like NBA shooting rule

If the ball is in your hand while when the buzzer goes off then it doesn't count. Doesn't matter if you're "in the process of shooting".

I feel like if the ball is in your hand when you're hit it should be a fumble. Arm moving forward or not. Or maybe I'm being an emotional fan lol idk.
