Not exactly what I said though.
His SB winning team was called a "Dream Team" because they sold out that year for extreme talent for a SB run (sacrificed massive draft capital and mortgages the salary cap).
His other teams have consistently been full of Pro-Bowlers and All-Pros, esp. on offense and in certain years.
We essentially agree though. It takes A LOT for McVay to look like an "offensive genius".
Great mutually agree upon point though. Pedestrian offense all too often given the talent.

Well, suffice to say, I'd argue that every team that makes it to the Super Bowl has All Stars (or at least players playing at the level) on them.
With that said, though, your point is well taken - especially on the offensive side of the ball.
And narrowing the focus even further...for an offense that likes to pass, it's quite pedestrian without an All Star at RB.
