He's had WELL ABOVE AVERAGE talent on his rosters virtually every year in the NFL thus far. His SB championship team was laden w/ Pro-Bowlers and All-Pros and they barley squeaked out those play-off wins. Seems like w/out that he gets exposed very quickly as an average or even sub-par NFL head coach.
