New York Steak and Linguini and Clams. Offer me Linguini and Clams and I'M THERE... it's automatic. The steak is fine... doesn't compare to the Linguini and Clams.

Seems every day I grow fonder and fonder of any kind of seafood... and it was ALREADY my favorite.

Recently bought some canned sardines... I did so because I had not had sardines in many, many years. They were good... but not as 'special' as I remembered. AT the same time that I bought the sardines I also bought some canned Mussels... which I had never had before (canned I mean, I have mussels all the time)... and they were FANTASTIC.

So here's my wish list for "Fish"... that is, fish I have never eaten. Pike. Walleye. Snook. Gar. There are several types of catfish I have not eaten BUT... so far all those I've tried, which is several, are the same to me. - JamesJM
