And at great lengths. She does it to leave a history for our grand kids and their families. She has put it in story book fashion and it goes all the way back to when her earliest relatives migrated to the US from Ireland before the Potato famine. They arrived in New Orleans to work on the railroads being built westward and ended up settling down in San Francisco. As many know the Irish were subject to horrific prejudice and discrimination during that period.

She's even put together a rather impressive chart that tracks most all the relatives that she could find history on. Hopefully when we are gone someone in the family will appreciate the work.
