That one is probably 3-5 years away. I want to wait till it's time to paint the interior. At that time...afterwards, we will probably recarpet the bedrooms. It's all so frustrating and scary to me. I REALLY do not want to spend too much because the neighborhood could crash n burn.....like TOOOO many in Jacksonville. But I also look at it this way.... We ARE here right now. And there are no guarantees. So.... Why not? When we do the Popcorn, I'd like to take it one room at a time for ease of placing room contents.
