Never ending "Help Wanted" signs on the door, whole sections shut down because they can't get enough help to keep it all open.. People doing multiple jobs to keep the business at least running somewhat.. Some restaurants (including my favorite German place) closed because the 75 year old owner had to wait tables because nobody would apply, and they opened in the early 90's.. its an absolute mess around here..
