I don't know anything about Ted's Montana Grill or much about local restaurants where I live either because we rarely go out to eat. But I read lots of local restaurant reviews, stare at their menus, and pore over photos of the food just because I'm curious. It's not uncommon these days to read about the quality of food having gone downhill. Restaurants don't seem to be able to do it all any more: prepare quality food at reasonable prices, and have adequate restaurant help in order to provide good service to customers. Seems like they gotta sacrifice one of those things in order to give the other things a chance when they are ALL important.
