a few times. Off the top of my head I know of 4 times this was discovered, and I should say 'proven', not just suspected. In 3 of the cases the guilty party was dismissed but received full benefits. In the 4th case nothing was done at all. Not sure my anecdotal evidence means anything in Texas... but if I were you I'd be prepared to expect the guilty party to be well rewarded. - JamesJM
