with nepotism and friendly hires.. creating multiple positions.. enough to get a small independent school district $6 million in debt in 5 years when he had a nice surplus to start with.. Reducing teacher positions to hire more administration.. total clown show.. if they gave him a severance package we're gonna be PISSED cuz we feel like he owes us a ton of money back..
