I don't think they check that well, however, but should... because I think texting and driving is a leading cause of accidents today. In the case of my 2nd grandson they asked the girl (teenager), if she was texting and she said no. That's as far as it went.... or at least as far as I know that it went... maybe they checked her cell phone records? I'm not saying she was texting, no idea.. just saying that's a statistic they need to be after with a vengeance because a lot of people are getting hurt. - JamesJM
