Saw American Underdog

Suspect many on the board have already seen it. Thought it was accurate from I know, except for leaving out the part where he played in Europe for awhile. A great story. The film was OK. But perfect for kids and Ram fans. Thought the actress who played Brenda was the real star. They could do a sequel telling the story of how he injured his hand (thumb) and lost to the Patriots in his 2d SB. Then he goes to N.Y. to fill in until Manning is ready. Then goes to Az where expected to play behind Leinart. Steps in when Matt either injured or doesn't deliver and then leads the Cardinals to the SB. Almost wins it with a long pass to Fitzgerald in the closing minutes but Steelers come back with td pass at the end of the game. The game that put AZ in the SB Warner completed an ungodly number of passes and yds. to beat Eagles (?). So the real story is how he was up-then down-up again -and down-then up to only lose in the last second. And all this with a good guy.
