If you give any inclination whatsoever that you like something she bought at the grocery store she will bring it home every grocery shopping trip for the next two decades. She is one of those people that can eat the same food every day forever.

She will also, occasionally, spot something 'unusual' that she thinks I'd like and surprise me with it. I'm a pretty easy person to please, as we've discussed in the past... not really 'disliking' any food or drink but a few do nothing for me. She knows I like Guiness beer. I don't drink beer very often but the SB is on the horizon so she came home today with one of her 'surprises'....

Coffee Flavored Guiness... (and some regular stout as well). I still can't believe I popped open a can of 'coffee flavored Guiness' but then I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree and I did. Curiosity got the best me maybe?

Absolutely disgusting, especially if you're expecting something at least akin to beer, much less a Guiness. So sweet I felt in need of a glass of milk after one sip, which is all I could stomach.

So here's my review... I don't review. Nothing is more subjective than foods/drink... there is no 'right' or 'wrong'... if you like it you like it and if you don't you don't. SOOOO, you might like coffee flavored Guiness... but I will add this: If you're expecting anything similar to beer you're going to be very disappointed. - JamesJM
