I wouldn't wanna be without a fridge, either, but if someone made me pick, I'd go water heater every time lol.. Another thing ya never think of is garage door opener.. Our spring has broken twice (it SHAKES the house when it breaks) and once its broken and gets off track, you can't open the garage door, at all.. so, if the cars are in the garage, you're gonna be walking, ubering, and begging rides until its fixed..
