I'm happy with Tedford... and I'm pleased Haener apologized and stuck with his teammates... but still ignorant of the why's and the timing of it all the whole scandal was just that.. a scandal.
I have to cut Haener "some" slack because I'm sure he had many voices in his ear; and at 22 years old that can be confusing... hell, I'm confused and I'm in my 70's. At the same time that seemed a no brainer to me... "These are my teammates, we are going to a Bowl Game, I'm there".
Just a gut feeling, (with some basis in fact), that Tedford is more likely capable of locking up local talent... which I believe we have in abundance.
