as of Thursday night Friday , Spider-man brought in 121 million dollars , and 253 million for the weekend domestically , and 587 million globally , which is just crazy to do during the pandemic era

now I know this isn't a fair comparison , but think about it , Steven Spielberg's West Side Story brought in 10 million for it's opening weekend , Spider-man brought in 253 million
