For me, it's Frank Sinatra. I don't know if I'd put him as THE best but he's got to be in my top 5. Of the male singers you mentioned, he's the only one who can take a lyric and wring every ounce of emotion out of it or put every ounce of emotion into it. If a singer's voice can make me cry, .... that singer is on a whole nuther plane, and that's Frank. Dean Martin's singing has NEVER affected me that way. Neither has Elvis Presley.
