I STILL have my subtle and a tad annoying ache on my cossyx (sp) area. My Chiro has been telling me for YEARS I need to stretch more. This recent issue sent me to Ortho. THEY told me stretches are good. Well......when I take the time and stretch properly and THOROUGHLY, I feel a positive difference. If I skip a day or two, I start feeling like I have literally been kicked right up the butt. I have ALWAYS had crap flexibility. I never knew how important hamstring flexes are to the lower back. I guess it has just caught up with me like my flat feet have.
