Space 1999 , I actually never knew what the show was about

I know I'd at least see a couple episodes as a kid , late night probably , after the 10:00 News

I knew it took place on the Moon , but other then that , not much

recently saw a ad to pre order your cast iron replica's of their space ships

and I thought ,

you know , they should do a remake of that show

then I thought , I don't even know what the show was a bout , other then being on the Moon

then I thought , well that sounds kinda boring

no Aliens , no space monster

there had to be more to it then that

so off to Google I go

Nuclear waist explodes on the opposite side of the Moon which propels the Moon in outer space at break neck speed where they pass though worm holes where they encounter an array of alien civilizations, dystopian societies, and mind-bending phenomena previously unseen by humanity
