for a couple years anyways

well , part of a couple relay teams anyways

in both the 4x400 relay and the shuttle hurdle relay

right above the entrance to our Gym , is a big wooden plaque that held the current school record holders in track

had my name up there twice

for the shuttle hurdle relay was like for two years , and the 4x400 relay for like four years before someone finally beat our records

after graduation , I would still go in the gym , and would always have a look to see if anyone beat our times

went and toured my old high school yesterday , although , now it's just the elementary school , and we are no longer the Tigers , we are now the Titans

and our colors are now Purple and Silver

that wooden plaque is still there in the good old Red and Black colors of the Tigers
