I belong to several groups on Facebook in which I participate regarding specific topics or with groups of friends with a common experience or interest.

As far as just chatting on Facebook I do... but very very seldom. Which is probably why I probably come off as 'rude' to some people... it's not intentional, I just don't follow Facebook very closely at all.
