I'm watching the Today show. It was reported that she pulled out due to a medical issue but with no specifics given about what that issue is. But then Savannah Guthrie quoted one of Simone's coaches as saying "Physically she's fine, but she's done for tonight". So, at this point... we really don't know the reason why she's out.
