He is not quick at all to advise pain meds or muscle relax stuff. He is about fixing the issue instead of covering it with pain meds. He will try adjustments. If nothing works, he will advise stretching or massage therapy in some cases. When I first started going, my neck would NOT adjust. He had me see a Message Therapist. Sounded nice. The lady who did it was a cutie!! But...It was not for R&R. It hurt like a SOB! But...The adjustment was a breeze. My poor Mom went to so many Specialists with her back and most simply went straight for the "latest n greatest" pain med. I don't even like taking a BC powder for anything much less all the crap they pass out like candy these days that get you hooked.
