The Power Broker

an organization that was mentioned at the end of episode 2

the Power Brokers is a organization that does highly illegal medical experiments on people , many of the test subjects never survive

both strength enhancement to genetic mutations

The Power Broker has created a Super Soldier Serum of their own

but with a twist.........

although they have different versions of it , mostly the ones they use , or better yet , sell , is not permanent like Stever Rogers or Bucky's is ,

and only last a limited time , more like a steroid , where you have to keep taking a dose to maintain your enhanced straight

the thing is , their drug is very expensive , and very addictive , which is what basically keeps their customers in line , and coming back

I'm sure Kevin Feige will keep it pretty simple in the Falcon and the Winter Soldier

but the Power Broker also has ties with Red Skull from Captain America , as well as the Weapon X program which created characters such as Wolverine , Deadpool , Sabertooth , Omega Red and dozens other from the X-Men

again ,I think Kevin Feige will keep it pretty simple ...........................for now

but the Power Broker will probably still be around , even after this series has ended
