well, maybe 2nd to iced tea.

Answer... if I'm eating something that requires milk, (anything sweet), I eat the sweet whatever then when finished go to the fridge and pour a glass of milk. I don't drink milk with lunch, or dinner, usually... there are exceptions. I have a glass of milk every night before bed but NEVER warm.
