I'm just glad it was scheduled today.

I am QUITE ready to get on with it. I was afraid I'd have to wait till late week or even next week. I will keep everyone posted. I tell ya....THIS has scared me straight in regards to eating better and doing the right thing. My days of Doughnuts for breakfast, pizza for lunch and 2-5 Vodka / Cranberries between 2Pm and dinner time are over. In fact, I have decided that I am done with alcohol period.
