Yeah they keep trying to lower the legal limit to go after the first time offenders instead of putting laws in place the clamp down on the repeat offenders. Every time someone here gets on the hwy going the wrong way and kills someone, its turns out they've had like 10 DUI's. If you have that many DUI's you should get a 20 year sentence.
