Re: 5 year old wakes up from coma

I would like to see laws applied consistently across all the states. It really chaps my hide that in one place a person can have multiple DUI's and does no jail time and is and still driving and in another that same offense has him losing his license and in jail. I don't know if the differences are up to the judge or what it is, but it seems to me that a person who has 4 DUI's should get the same punishment no matter where he lives.
