So, speaking of miracles..

I typed the previous post, went and tried the faucet/tub again, and now have cold and hot water coming from both! It self-corrected! in like, 4 minutes..

So, if a pipe was frozen, no way it thaws that fast.. I would assume, at best, it would thaw a little bit and maybe you'd get a trickle of water until it fully thaws.. my other original thought was maybe air had gotten into the pipes in that bathroom and the pressure was all jacked up.. you know when they shut your main water off (to fix a pipe or something) they always leave a faucet running when they shut off the main valve - I think to keep air out of the system.. not sure.. wonder if it was something like that?
