My granddaughter is starting a business selling these... I think they are called "Cheese Trays"? Not sure, and they actually have various deli meats, fruit, lots of stuff. So a couple times a week I get to partake.
Probably not good for your cholesterol But.. for bliss ain't nothing better. I think she's going to make good money.... I buy the tray and and all the food and she creates the tray and sells it for a 100% profit.
